Terms and Conditions

Effective date: August 4, 2026 · Applies to pageinstant.com and the Page Instant application

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Page Instant (the "Service"), operated by PAGE INSTANT (SMC - PRIVATE) LIMITED, Lahore, Pakistan. By connecting a Facebook Page to Page Instant or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01 · Description of the service

Page Instant lets a business connect its own Facebook Page(s) and send Meta-approved messages to Messenger users who have previously messaged that Page.

All sending happens exclusively through the Facebook Messenger inbox of your connected Page. Page Instant does not deliver messages through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any channel other than Messenger.

Where a message uses a utility-type template or tag, that message is likewise sent only via Messenger inbox, and only in the manner permitted by Meta's Messenger Platform policies in effect at the time.

02 · Eligibility and your account

  • You must be authorized to act on behalf of the Facebook Page(s) you connect, and to have full control of the relevant Business Account where applicable.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

03 · Your responsibilities

When using Page Instant, you agree that you will:

  • Only message Messenger users who have an existing conversation with your Page and comply with Meta's messaging window and tagging rules at all times.
  • Use message templates and content that comply with Meta's Platform Policies, Messenger Platform Policies, and Commerce Policies, including restrictions on prohibited content.
  • Not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, deceptive content, or content that violates any applicable law.
  • Not use the Service for any Page you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage.
  • Maintain accurate opt-in and consent records for your Messenger contacts where required.

You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send and for your compliance with Meta's policies and applicable data protection and messaging laws.

04 · Facebook Page connection

Connecting a Page grants Page Instant limited, revocable access via a Page access token, used solely to send messages and report on delivery as instructed by you. You may disconnect a Page at any time from your dashboard, which immediately revokes that access.

05 · Acceptable use

You may not use Page Instant to:

  • Send messages outside the Messenger inbox channel or attempt to circumvent Meta's messaging rules or rate limits.
  • Send content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or that infringes another party's rights.
  • Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
  • Use the Service in a way that could cause a connected Page to be restricted, banned, or removed by Meta.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account found to violate these Terms or Meta's policies.

06 · Service availability

The Service depends on the continued availability of Meta's Graph API and Messenger Platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including changes to Meta's policies, rate limits, or platform outages.

07 · Intellectual property

Page Instant and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us. You retain all rights to the message content you create and to your own business data.

08 · Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, opened, or that any particular outcome will result from its use.

09 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page Instant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any Page restrictions, message delivery failures, or account actions taken by Meta.

10 · Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Pages at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required to do so by Meta's policies or applicable law.

11 · Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
