Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Page Instant collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to pageinstant.site and our web application (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and any business details you provide.

Facebook Page data. When you connect a Facebook Page, we receive limited data through Facebook's official APIs — such as your Page ID, Page name, and the messages and basic profile information of people who message your Page — strictly so we can deliver the messaging features you've set up.

Usage data. We collect information about how you use the Service, such as login times, features used, and message-sending activity, to keep the Service reliable and improve it.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the messaging, lead-tracking, and analytics features of the Service.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send you account-related communications, such as billing notices or service updates.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To detect, prevent, and address misuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, or the personal information of people who message your Facebook Page, to third parties.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only where necessary to run the Service:

  • Facebook/Meta — to send and receive messages on your behalf through their platform APIs.
  • Payment processors — to handle subscription billing securely.
  • Service providers — such as hosting and infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements — if required to comply with a law, regulation, or valid legal request.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and message data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your data as described in Section 6.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information protected.

6. Your Choices & Rights

  • You can access, update, or correct your account information at any time from your account settings.
  • You can disconnect your Facebook Page from the Service at any time.
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@pageinstant.site.
  • Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under local data protection law, such as the right to request a copy of your data.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
