Privacy Policy

Page Instant, operated by PAGE INSTANT (SMC - PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Page Instant," "we," "us"), provides a messaging tool that lets businesses send Meta-approved utility messages to their own Facebook Messenger contacts through connected Facebook Pages. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and how you can control or delete it.
By connecting a Facebook Page to Page Instant or otherwise using our service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
01 · Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Account details such as your name, business name, and email address when you sign up.
- Message content and campaign details you create within Page Instant, such as message templates and scheduling settings.
Information from Facebook / Meta
When you connect a Facebook Page to Page Instant using Facebook Login, we receive information through Meta's Graph API and Messenger Platform, limited to what is needed to operate the service:
- Basic Page information (Page name, Page ID, Page category).
- A Page access token, used only to send messages and manage the connection on your behalf.
- Messenger contact identifiers (PSIDs — page-scoped IDs) for people who have messaged your connected Page, so that messages can be delivered to the correct recipient.
- Delivery information returned by Meta for messages we send, such as delivery status and timestamps, used to show you campaign results.
We do not receive or store your Facebook password. We do not access your personal Facebook profile, friends list, or content unrelated to the Pages you explicitly connect.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and log activity, used for security and troubleshooting.
02 · How we use information
- To connect your Facebook Page and authenticate your account.
- To send the messages you create to the Messenger contacts you select, on your instruction.
- To show you delivery status, logs, and history for your own campaigns.
- To maintain the security, reliability, and technical operation of the service.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
We do not sell your data, your contacts' data, or your message content to third parties. We do not use Page or Messenger data for advertising purposes.
03 · How messages are sent
All messages sent through Page Instant are delivered exclusively through the Facebook Messenger inbox of your connected Page, using Meta's official Messenger Platform.
Sending is limited to Messenger inbox delivery only — Page Instant does not send SMS, email, or messages through any channel outside of Messenger. Utility-type messages are likewise delivered only via Messenger inbox, in line with Meta's messaging policies for the tag or message type used.
We only send messages to Messenger users who have an existing conversation history with your Page, consistent with Meta's Messenger Platform policies.
04 · Data sharing
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- With Meta Platforms, Inc. — because message delivery is performed through the Messenger Platform and Graph API, message content and recipient identifiers necessarily pass through Meta's systems as part of normal delivery.
- With service providers who host our infrastructure (such as our database and hosting providers) strictly to operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations.
- If required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
We do not share your data with data brokers or advertisers.
05 · Data retention

06 · Data deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time, in either of the following ways:
- Disconnect a Page from within your Page Instant dashboard, which immediately revokes and deletes the stored access token for that Page.
- Request full account and data deletion by emailing contact@pageinstant.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
Once a deletion request is received, we will remove your account information, stored Page access tokens, Messenger contact identifiers, and message logs from our active systems within 30 days, except where a limited copy must be retained to comply with a legal obligation. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.
If you remove Page Instant from your Facebook settings or your Business Integrations, Meta may also independently notify us to delete data associated with your Facebook User ID, and we will honor that request in the same way.
07 · Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request a copy of your data, in addition to the deletion rights described above. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@pageinstant.com.
08 · Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted storage of access tokens and restricted database access — to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09 · Children's privacy
Page Instant is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
10 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of Page Instant after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
